WE WANT YOU – final residence show plays a double role of seduction and domination. The show reflects and reacts to the relation between the role of spectatorship at art shows and the dynamics at such events. WE WANT YOU situates the spectator as an activator and the art work as a frame of the relations produced at the art space.

The performance began one month before the action, as the artist directly invited people to participate. Through this action, the gallery was transformed into a social space: a living room with couches and drinks, layered with murmurs and overlapping conversations, while the artist framed the space by painting the white walls white.
